EFTRS no longer provided via the EFT-information mailbox

From 1 July 2025, Electronic funds transfer reports (EFTRS) are no longer provided via email.

This affects tax agents and BAS agents using trust bank accounts to receive tax refunds for their clients.

EFTRS can be requested once per day through the Practitioner lodgment service (PLS). See the PLS user guide for direction on how request these, and other client management reports.
